As a ‘Chilled Mama’ Starting Solids trained facilitator, my workshop is designed to get you informed and ready to have fun with introducing solid foods to your baby.

 

The workshop covers…

• When & why babies need more than just milk

• When & why we should introduce solid foods

• Signs of readiness

• Foods to be cautious of 

• How to present food (purees & baby led weaning covered)

• Meal times

• Baby led weaning approach

• Information on choking/gagging

• Milks & drinks to offer baby

• What equipment you need to start weaning  

 

1.5 hour private 1:1 workshop costs £33 (online Video call).
